Our office is located a block
north of the MD Anderson Cancer
Center, on the northeast corner
of Columbia Street and Orange
Avenue.
- Heading south from downtown
Orlando on Orange Avenue, pass
through Gore Street. Our office
is on the left next to Mama
B's Restaurant. Turn left at
the traffic light at Columbia
Street to enter our parking
area.
- Heading north from Kaley Avenue
towards downtown Orlando on
Orange Avenue, our office is
on the right shortly after passing
Doc's restaurant. Turn right
at the traffic light at Columbia
Street to enter our parking
area.
- From I-4: Exit on Kaley Street,
eastbound. Drive east to Orange
Avenue. Turn left onto Orange
Avenue, and right on Columbia
Street, following the instructions
above.
We ask that you please
bring your current medical insurance
card(s), driver's license and
completed new patient paperwork
with you to your appointment.
