Knight Dermatology Institute participates in most major health insurance plans including Medicare, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Aetna, Health Choice, TRICARE, and United Health Care. However, please verify at the time that your appointment is made that we participate with your particular insurance plan.

Out-of-network services are available to all patients. Patients who are seen out-of-network will be given the appropriate paperwork to submit to their insurance companies. These patients are expected to pay in full at the time of visit.
Please note: Cosmetic dermatology procedures are typically deemed not medically necessary by insurance carriers, and sometimes are not covered. Our staff will assist you in determining which services are covered.

All co-payments must be paid at the time of service. This arrangement is part of your contract with your insurance company. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, cash, and checks.
New patients should arrive 10 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment so that a complete chart can be processed in our computer system. All new patients must show a photo ID at the time of their appointment..
