He moved to the United States to further his career and to share his skill set. In 2022 Dr. Levine became board-certified in Mohs Micrographic Surgery by the American Board of Dermatology. He is licensed to practice in the states of Florida, Nevada, and Arizona.

He is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology (AAD), the American Society for Mohs Surgery (ASMS), and the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery (AACS).
