this was my first ever dermatologist appointment. Dr. Shigo and her nurse were very professional, nice, had a friendly smile and calm vibe. i felt comfortable talking to them about my concerns and felt heard. I got into a room exactly at my appointment time and was seen very quickly. front desk staff was very nice and helpful when it came to filling out my paperwork.
